The Réflexions Campaign brings together a collective of chefs and culinary artist from around the world, each bringing their unique culinary perspective to interpret the essence of Champagne’s terroir and the 2021 harvest.
For the debut of the R.021 Brut and R.021 Brut Rosé in the United States,
Lallier has enlisted the high creative culinary artist Laila Gohar, based in NYC. She inspired a special menu for this occasion and hosted an exclusive event in her home town, in May 2025, to unveil the new cuvées.

Culinary artist Laila Gohar uses food as her medium, crafting immersive dining experiences that blur the line between art and gastronomy.
A friend of the Lallier house from 2023, Laila has collaborated with Champagne Lallier on a number of creative projects, including the Gohar World Mother-of-Pearl collection.
Her ongoing partnership with Lallier reflects a mutual appreciation for craftsmanship, natural materials, and the beauty of thoughtful entertaining – a shared celebration of creativity in all its forms.
